Kazutaka Takahashi, PhD

Kazutaka Takahashi is a research associate assistant professor in the department of organismal biology and anatomy at University of Chicago. His main research interest is to understand neural mechanism of motor control, particularly unconstrained behavior such as reach-to-grasp or feeding. Recently his interest has been focusing on cortical involvement of swallowing during feeding behavior using non-human primates as a model with a large scale computations of neural data collected from multiple high channel electrode arrays.
