Gary H. McCullough, PhD

 


Gary H. McCullough, PhD, CCC-SLP is Professor and Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Education in The College of Health Sciences at Appalachian State University. He earned his Master’s degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and his doctorate from Vanderbilt University with a clinical fellowship and pre-doctoral fellowship through the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has more than 20 years experience as a clinician and teacher. He has published approximately 40 peer-reviewed articles and several book chapters, and his research in swallowing and voice disorders has been funded by the Department of Veteran Affairs, the National Institutes of Health, and various regional organizations and foundations.
